By ordering from Krepe Silk, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You must be 18 or older, or ordering with parental consent.

Orders & Cancellation: Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Please confirm your saree and delivery address carefully before checkout.

Payment: Online prepaid payment only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Shipping: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within India takes 1–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping: standard takes up to 2 weeks, express air delivery takes 2–5 days; cost and timing depend on location and speed selected.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns or exchanges except for verified transit damage, reported within 2 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Liability: Krepe Silk is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Amendments: We may update these terms at any time; the version live at the time of your order applies.
